How to get Guardian  visa in Australia?



I believe you may be referring to the Guardian visa (subclass 590) which allows a parent or relative to stay in Australia as a guardian of an international student who is under 18 years old and studying in Australia on a student visa.

To apply for the Guardian visa, you will need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

    Be at least 21 years old
    Be a parent or a person who has legal custody of the student or a relative who is nominated by a parent or custodian of the student
    Be able to provide accommodation, welfare and other support for the student while they are in Australia
    Have no outstanding debts to the Australian government or have arranged to repay any outstanding debts
    Meet health and character requirements

To apply for the Guardian visa, you will need to submit an online application and provide supporting documents such as passport copies, evidence of your relationship with the student, evidence of your financial capacity, and evidence of the student's enrollment in an Australian school.
