Partner Visa:  The partner visa (subclass 309 and subclass 100) lets the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen or permanent resident live in Australia. The subclass 309 visa is a provisional visa, and the subclass 100 visa is a permanent visa. Prospective Marriage Visa:  The prospective marriage visa (subclass 300) lets you enter Australia to marry your fiancé.
